At Filtapak we are specialists in Panel Filters

Filtapak panel filters are one of the industry’s best values in panel filtration. We use polyester media produced in Filtapak-owned and operated facilities to make panel filters. In fact, Filtapak’s environmentally responsible panel filters are made with recycled products whenever possible. The Filtapak panel filters are available in a wide variety of filtration execution options to address the issues of today’s varied and challenging HVAC environments.

Filtapak panel filters help to enhance indoor air quality and expel contaminants from HVAC environments. Every board filter is designed to secure both costly HVAC equipment and specialists from dirty air and its harming effects. The panel filters will likewise increase the life span of expensive secondary filters.

Similarly vital, the easy to use filters are lightweight, durable and simple to install. With their self-sealing design, the Filtapak panel filters prevents air bypass and increase efficiency performance. Every panel is heat-sealed around a sturdy internal grid that provides durability and structural integrity.

The Filtapak panel filters uses a progressive density fibre structure and fuse a non-migrating tackifier for optimum filter performance in airflow, efficiency and depth loading. The filter’s synthetic media is unaffected by surrounding temperature changes or excess humidity.

1 Loft – Medium duty commercial and industrial filters comprising 2 dry layers of green polyester with recycled synthetic fibres and an internal wire ring. The media is relatively self-extinguishing if exposed to flame.

1 ¼ loft – Medium duty commercial and industrial filter made with an internal wire grid for support. Embedded with a light green synthetic porous face ply to insure depth loading of particles and a blue/white downstream layer that has a non-migrating tackfier and fine fibres in insure efficiency.

2 Loft – This is a heavy-duty and high velocity commercial and industrial HVAC filter made with an internal wire grid for support. A porous, white, internally tackfied, synthetic font layer is used to insure maximum holding capacity of airborne particles with a thick, light green, fine fibre layer with a non-migrating tackifier downstream that insures high efficiency, high holding capacity and low resistance to airflow.
